We are looking to fill the role of a Business Development Manager. The experienced candidate can step into immediate opportunities with US & Canadian leading brands. Fourth Dimension is an established advertising and interactive agency with clients throughout the Canada and US. We are actively looking for leaders and closers. Fourth Dimension Inc. is looking for a dynamic, strategic and savvy Business Development Manager to help grow our agency in Toronto, Canada.

The primary responsibility will be the selling of advertising, interactive and custom application services. The ideal candidate must has a proven track record in the advertising and interactive space. We're looking for an energetic self-starter with a consultative sales approach who is pro-active in driving revenue and increasing the client base. You must be results driven, have strong analytical skills and be committed to creating new business opportunities. The Business Development Manager is expected to understand and be able to articulate the overall business objectives and its value proposition to the advertising community.

Responsibilities:

Engage and strategize with senior level executives at client companies to demonstrate how Fourth Dimension can drive revenue to their business. Uncover new opportunities and pitch new business to advertising and media agencies and direct clients. Develop and cultivate deep relationships with client senior executives and media buyers. Identify and understand trends within client markets and industries. Create sales proposals and insertion orders and respond to RFPs. Maintain client relationships

Skills & Requirements:

3+ years of Sales and Business Development experience (2+ years of Online experience preferred).

Account Management experience is a plus.

Relationships with top marketing decision makers at Fortune 1000 companies and Top agencies.

Proven record of success driving revenue through the development of long-term strategic relationships.

Demonstrated track record of structuring and managing complex negotiations to successful closure and delivery.

Bachelors University education strongly preferred.

Skills & Requirements:

Post-secondary degree or diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent work experience Ability to meet deadlines on a daily basis and multitask in a very fast paced environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills a must, given daily interface with multiple internal and external contacts Ability to work well independently with little direction or as part of a team Very strong attention to detail, including outstanding and meticulous attention to detail in proofreading the work of others as well as your own Excellent organizational skills Proficiency with Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite 5 (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), and Microsoft Office, Must be positive, energetic and enthusiastic Web design/construction capabilities a must Please note that client interaction is a must in this position. Therefore, personable and effective communications are absolutely essential for this opportunity. Only those that have worked in a design/production position for at least 3 years will be considered for this position.
