Having worked as a Creative Director in the past with various agencies he brings to the table strong creative leadership and fresh ideas while always up to speed with the latest trends and technologies.
Dru Vagale
Development Director & Managing Partner
Dru leads our development team and brings many years of software and web development experience. He has held lead technical positions with many companies, working with various technologies on projects encompassing e-commerce solutions, collaboration portals, marketing tools, web security applications, robotic and scientific applications.

Robert Fudge
Art Director
With 15 years of experience in the industry, Robert brings a hands-on approach to working with and managing creative teams. Along with supervising our Art Department's day-to-day operations, Robert spends much of his time designing concepts and setting the direction for upcoming projects. His background spans multiple areas including: print design & branding, web & interactive design, video & motion design, ad campaign development, and multi-media campaigns.
Peter Nun
Senior Designer
Peter Nun is a creative and process-driven Graphic Designer with over eight years experience in digital and traditional design. He graduated from Niagara College Graphic Design Production and Algonquin College Interactive Multimedia programs. Having worked with Bic, Roche, Baker's Secret, Sanyo and others, Peter is insightful with an understanding of a wide range of online and print disciplines including web design, standards-based web development, user engagement, visual hierarchy, typography and grid layout systems.

A graduate of McGill University, Rejoy brings over 16 years of marketing experience to the table, in both B2B and B2C industries. Having worked with companies in Europe, Asia and North America, Rejoy specializes in creating original and engaging content that is not only on-target but also ensures a memorable experience for the reader.

Lead Developer
Using her extensive background in web development that covers both Microsoft and Open-source programming technologies, Louise works with a team of developers to produce quality E-commerce Websites, Content Management Systems and various Web Applications which are all database-driven and integrated with third-party applications. As the lead developer, she creates and executes project work plans and revises them as needed to meet changing needs and requirements while consistently delivering high-quality services to our clients.
Tushar Basu
SEO & SMM Strategist
Tushar is our in house Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media Marketing (SMM) Strategist. Graduating with an honours degree in Media Studies and Marketing from the University of Western Ontario, Tushar is responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies, as well as maintaining social media profiles on networks like Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin for our clients. He brings an educated "Gen-Y" perspective to our company, which is an invaluable asset considering the ever-changing face of interactive and digital marketing.

More than 7 years of experience in software development. Created complex back-end management systems including content management, e-commerce, customer relations and communication interfaces. The projects based on PHP in conjunction with various other web development technologies. PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (generic JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, NodeJS), XHTML, CSS, XML and SVN are used.
