With an improved look and feel, the Coaches Association of Ontario’s (CAO) new website reinforced their brand messaging throughout, and better represented them as an organization. The enhanced functionality meant that the CAO could now capture data, and create surveys easily and more efficiently. The ability to process payments enabled the CAO to dispense with third-party services, thereby leading to significant savings. The Coaches Association of Ontario (CAO) is an independent, nonprofit organization founded in 2002 to provide coaches with representation and recognition.
The challenge was to update the website both visually and functionally, in order to make it more relevant to users. It needed to be easy-to-navigate and able to process payments, so that the CAO could cut costs by taking care of this themselves.
The new website better represented the CAO as an organization, with their brand messaging reinforced throughout the website. An upgraded CMS allowed for easier content insertion and improved navigation. Content was reorganized to make it easy for users to find what they were looking for. A module was included to handle payments, thereby eliminating the need for a third-party option.
With the launch of the new website, the CAO immediately experienced a significant drop in calls by users asking for support when searching for content. Also, they could now capture data and create surveys easily and more efficiently than with their older system. The ability of the new website to process payments enabled the CAO to dispense with third-party services, thereby leading to significant savings.
